Thank you for choosing Identity Coffee Co. We are committed to roasting and delivering fresh, high-quality coffee directly to your door. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Subscription Orders

Coffee subscription orders are automatically processed according to your selected delivery schedule. Subscription orders are roasted and shipped shortly after the recurring billing date.

Customers can manage, modify, pause, or cancel subscriptions through their account portal or by contacting our customer support team prior to the next billing cycle.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Identity Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

We take pride in delivering fresh coffee. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package is in transit, we roast and ship our coffee with freshness as a top priority.
